    🌳 Hans Tavsens Park is Nørrebro's back garden — grass, football, prams, and people lying about the moment the sun appears. The Assistens cemetery is a few minutes further on.

The harbour was industrial and filthy within living memory; it was cleaned up deliberately, and now you can swim in the middle of the city. It is free, staffed by lifeguards, and open in summer. There are pools of different depths, including one for small children.
